Print, Copy and Scan (PCAS)

The library has a PCAS-enabled printer, scanner and copier in the basement. Find out more about how to print, copy and scan with PCAS. If there are any problems with the machine, please let the Library Assistant know.



Connect to library Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available throughout the library. The Bodleian Libraries offer several Wi-Fi networks, including ‘Bodleian-Libraries’ for University and Bodleian Reader card holders, and ‘eduroam’ for members of educational institutions. Find out more about how to connect.



Use library computers

The library has two computers in the main reading room for accessing e-resources and printing to the photocopier. Find out more about how to use library computers.



Book the group study room

The Tylor Library has one group study room available for SAME staff or students to book. It can be booked for a maximum of 3 hours, Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5pm. It has a capacity of 6 people. To book, check availability on the School of Anthropoloy’s room booking calendar and email Anthropology Enquiries with the following information:

  • name
  • email
  • date/time of booking
  • session name

When it is not booked, the room is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Please bear in mind that readers may occasionally need to enter the room to retrieve a journal.
