We are happy to help you with any problems or questions about library services and resources, from understanding your reading list and finding specific items to helping you with passwords and access to ebooks and journals.

This service is for:

  • current University members
  • Bodleian Reader card holders
  • prospective researchers needing information specifically about or held by the Bodleian Libraries.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, except for Easter and Christmas / New Year when the libraries are closed.

Response time

We aim to respond within five working days. More complex enquires may take longer to answer. In all cases, we will respond within ten full working days of receiving your enquiry.

We are not able to undertake detailed research on your behalf.
