- Bodleian Reader card holders
- prospective researchers needing information specifically about or held by the Bodleian Libraries.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, except for Easter and Christmas / New Year when the libraries are closed.
We aim to respond within five working days. More complex enquires may take longer to answer. In all cases, we will respond within ten full working days of receiving your enquiry.
