Nizami Ganjavi Library

In line with the latest government guidance, you must wear a face covering in library reading rooms, unless you are exempt. Find out more about staying safe in our spaces and other service updates.

The Nizami Ganjavi Library is currently offering a temporary service until the completion of building works. The Issue Desk and reading room on the ground floor are open to readers. The basement and its collections are currently out-of-bounds, but an on-demand fetching service is available: please ask for details at the Issue Desk or by emailing the address below. Readers will be redirected to toilet facilities in the Sackler Library (St John Street). Further updates will be posted as term progresses. If you have questions or feedback about the temporary service arrangements, please email
