The library enquiry desk is on the main floor, as you come into the library. Library staff are available to help you with any queries. The staff in the Law Library have a wide range of knowledge and skills. These skills are used to provide a range of services and to assist you with your research and reference queries.

The Law Library does not provide legal advice. Such advice may be had from a qualified solicitor (Law Society's find a solicitor) or the Citizens Advice Bureau service. The free UK government website gov.uk may also start you on the path to answers.

Updates from the library

You can follow the library on Twitter, Facebook and via our blog, and view our new books on LibraryThing.

During full term, the Law Bod News e-newsletter is sent out weekly to current members of the Law Faculty, alerting them to any developments in e-resources, classes offered by library staff, changes in library services and hours, New Books Bulletins and library competitions. Look out for the bulletin in your inbox.
