The Art Library lift is currently out of order, awaiting installation of replacement parts. Access to floors LG, 1, 2 & 3 is via the staircases only. If you need material fetched from these floors, please speak to staff at the desk or email artlib-enquiries@bodleian.ox.ac.uk to discuss your accessibility requirements. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and hope to have the issue resolved soon.
Due to essential electrical work taking place across the entire building, specific areas of the Art Library will be inaccessible for limited time periods. The work will generally take place in the mornings, and we will try to keep disruption to reading rooms to a minimum. We display weekly information highlighting the affected floors on the board in the library lobby so you can plan your visit. Thank you for your patience whilst the work is carried out.
