Vacation:	Visitors by appointment: Monday - Friday: 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m., Current members of Balliol: Monday - Sunday: 24/7

Closed:	Ten days at Christmas.

OU postgraduate students:	Admissions: some. Borrowing: some. Library open to postgraduates from Balliol only, except by appointment with the Librarian to consult Special Collections or material available only in Balliol.
OU academic and research staff:	Admissions: some. Borrowing: some. Academic and research staff who are not members of Balliol College may consult material in the Library by appointment with the Librarian.
Others:	Admissions: some. Borrowing: none. Special Collections, and other material available only at Balliol, may be consulted by appointment with the Librarian
