Outreach at the English Faculty Library

Long rows of black desks and chairs

Prospective and incoming students

The English Faculty Library is happy to welcome any future students to the library. Whether you already have a place at Oxford, are thinking about applying or looking at your options, we are happy for you to come and look around the library.

Independent visits

If you are making an independent visit to the library, please arrange first with the Senior Library Assistant (Reader Services), who would be happy to organise a time suitable for a visit.

School visits and training

If your school is making a visit to Oxford, please contact the English Faculty Outreach Officer, who can discuss the outreach activities in the English Faculty with you.

Oxfordshire state schools can participate in the OxLibris project, giving access to libraries for A-Level student coursework/EPQs.

Find out about activities and resources for schools at the Bodleian Libraries, and arrange a learning visit.
