Monday 15 April 2019The Gardens, Libraries and Museums are running FREE activities in Trinity term to help students unwind and take a break from the pressures of revision and exams. Dedicated to Oxford students, these morning and evening activities are ideal opportunities to relax and learn new skills in inspiring surroundings. The activities are suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Take time out to unwind and de-stress with Hinny Waas, Forrest Yoga teacher. Hinny will guide you through these gentle sessions that are designed to calm the mind and the body by linking movement and breathing. The perfect antidote to the pressures of revision and exams.
