Help with SOLO

Having difficulties using SOLO? Use SOLO Live Help to chat online with a member of library staff. Go to the SOLO home page and scroll down to find SOLO Live Help. This service is staffed 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, by Bodleian Libraries staff.

You may also find the online guide to SOLO helpful.

Subject-specific help

We have created online library guides to help you find relevant resources for your subject. See Resources by Subject for links to these guides.

If you need more detailed advice, and are studying an award-bearing course, you can contact the relevant subject librarian. The Bodleian Library website gives a list of subject librarians.
