The Library is located in the basement of the Centre for the History of Science, Medicine and Technology, 45 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 6PE.

Access to the Library
The Library is accessed via the front door of the Centre for the History of Science, Medicine and Technology at 45 Banbury Road. There is a flight of steps up to the front door and then access down into the basement is via a further flight of steps down. Access via the basement door, avoiding steps, can be arranged.
The nearest toilets are on the ground floor of the building.
Entering the building
All non-CHSMT users are asked to bring photographic proof of identity (e.g. Bodleian Libraries reader card or ID card from home academic institution) to enter the Centre.
Users will need to ring the bell at the front door and wait for a member of CHSMT staff to let them in. Staff will ask to see ID and that you sign into the building's visitor book.
