Making a Copy

Current Completion Times for Staff-Mediated Photocopying.

The turnaround time for jobs submitted to the staff-mediated photocopying service is currently 72 hours. 

PCAS is one year old.

The new PCAS system was launched 1 year ago this month (Aug 2011). There have been a few ups and downs but overall the system is a great success with new services and increased performance. PCAS brought in many changes and new functionality such as printing from laptops, scanning, colour printing/copying, double-sided and online account top-ups. Usage has gone up this year which will allow us to develop the system even more. We have had some significant improvements especially to the printing speed and we will continue to make further improvements and add functionality over the coming 12 months.
