Collections and resources at the Continuing Education Library

Collections

The library has a collection of over 80,000 books, subscribes to several key journals and has a small collection of films. Our collections cover most subjects, with particular strengths in Archaeology, Art & Architecture, History, Literature, Local History and Psychodynamic Therapy & Counselling. Highlights of the collection include a ‘local collection’ of material relating to Oxfordshire and surrounding counties, and material relating to the history of adult education

The library is a teaching collection developed to support the courses taught by the Department for Continuing Education.
