| The renewed Conservation Request Form can be used by all Bodleian Libraries staff to report damage to library material or to seek conservation advice. Before using the new form, please read download and read the guidelines. This online form is not to be used to report emergencies or for boxing requests. In case of emergency, please contact your local Emergency Response Team (ERT). For boxing requests, please use the PADS form also available online at http://www.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/services/conservation/pads. Nicole Gilroy |
