Taylor building works: Update: Teaching Collection/MLF closed Saturday 1st October
UPDATE: the MLF/Teaching Collection will not reopen on Saturday 1st October, as advertised. Books from the collection can be requested at the Enquiry Desk in the Main Reading Room and fetched for you. Details of when the collection will reopen to readers will be posted on this website when available. From next week (week beginning Monday 3rd October) the Main Reading Room will be open from 9 am to 7 pm.

On Monday 22nd August 2011, building works will start in the hall off the St Giles' entrance to the Taylor Institution. This work represents the first stage of the improvements that will provide access to the building for all our readers.
The building works associated with the first stage of the improvements will continue until at least the beginning of Michaelmas term.
We shall post updates about the building works from time to time on this website.
We apologise for any noise and inconvenience the building works may cause.
