Updating your details

Please contact us with any changes in your employment or educational status. This information may affect your library membership. Please bring an appropriate form of ID with you when you come to update your details. This is your hospital staff ID, or current university ID.
Please contact us if your work or home contact details have changed. You will need to complete an update form when you next visit one of the Bodleian Health Care Libraries. We need this information so that we can contact you about document supply requests or overdue books.
If you have changed your employer please contact us to see if this will affect your library membership. If your new employer has purchased library services from the Bodleian Health Care Libraries you will be asked to complete a new registration form and you will be given a new library card. This information lets us give your employer accurate figures for library usage.
If you have completed your studies you may still be eligible to use the Bodleian Health Care Libraries. Please contact us. If you are still eligible you will be asked to complete a new registration form and your will be given a new library card. |
