In 1998 Norton Rose provided a generous sum to the Bodleian Law Library to enable us to purchase databases which would support the teaching of commercial law to our students. The key databases have changed over time, but have included Lloyd's electronic Law reports, UK Statutes and UK Statutory instruments. The key database currently sponsored is Kluwer Arbitration online.

The funds allow us the ability to evaluate new, relevant legal databases, and to commit to those relevant to our students for a two or three year period. This has allowed us to make database purchases at short notice, much to the delight of students and faculty alike.
