What happens next?

Books lost by borrowers

Library staff will draft an invoice for the cost of the missing book. You will be contacted by staff within 5 working days (Monday to Friday).

Available books not found in the Library

Library staff will search for the book over the next week. If we find the book we will place it on hold for you at the Lower Camera Reserve Desk in the Radcliffe Camera and send you an email to confirm it is available for you to collect.  If we do not find the book after a week we will email you to let you know. We will search again for the book at the end of the term and if it is still not found we will consider purchasing a replacement copy.
