Oxford Lieder Festival: The Schumann Project

A small display of music manuscripts from the Bodleian's collections to mark the opening of this year's Oxford Lieder Festival, the focus of which is the composer Robert Schumann. During the course of the festival, all of Schumann's songs will be performed and the influences and legacy of this key figure in the history of musical romanticism will be explored.
