The Bodleian Libraries mark Parliament Week, a national initiative supported by both Houses of Parliament that aims to increase awareness of Parliament and its work as well as encourage participation in the democratic process.
The ongoing theme for Parliament Week focuses on ‘Stories of Democracy’, and the Libraries participation highlights items and collections that examine the development of democracy and Parliament in itself, from the Magna Carta to our Official Papers section and the Conservative Party Archive.
