Information for staff and students of study abroad programmes, summer schools, and study schools

Participation in study abroad programmes, summer schools, or affiliation to study schools and tutorial colleges within Oxford does not entitle individuals to access the Bodleian Libraries.

The Bodleian Libraries receives no funding in support of the use of its libraries by those studying with other institutions within Oxford and where access is granted it is provided on a cost-recovery basis.

Access for students of study abroad programmes, summer schools, study schools, and tutorial colleges, is to be arranged in advance by the organizing body with the Bodleian Libraries' Admissions Officer, Athena Demetriou.

Enquiries from course and programme coordinators are always welcomed.

Students interested in access should contact their course coordinator to ask that they contact the Bodleian Libraries Admissions Office on their behalf as, if possible, access would need to be agreed via the institution.
