We are investigating how easy or difficult it is to find things in the Bodleian Health Care Libraries. We are recruiting volunteers to take part in a 30-minute study which involves wearing eye-tracking glasses.
Who are we looking for?
You must be a member of staff in the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, or a member of the Medical Sciences Division at the University of Oxford. You must be new to using our libraries, and must NOT wear glasses (contact lenses are fine). The activity will use eye tracking glasses, which is why you cannot wear glasses already (they will not fit over the top). It is fine to have used some of the Bodleian Libraries before, but you must be new to using the Bodleian Health Care Libraries.
We are running sessions at our four sites during staffed hours:
Cairns Library, John Radcliffe Hospital
Tuesday 29th October – Friday 1st November
Knowledge Centre, Old Road Campus
Monday 4th – Tuesday 5th November (am)
NOC Library, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre
Wednesday 6th (pm) – Friday 8th November
Horton Library, Horton Hospital
Thursday 14th – Tuesday 19th November
If you would like to volunteer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us which site you would like to participate at, and which dates/times you are available. Thank you!
