The café in the Old Schools Quad
The current tearoom in the Old Schools Quad on the Central Site will no longer be a serviced café and this service will be closing at end of day, Friday 14 November 2014. The space will remain as a common room for staff and readers to consume their own food and drink, with the left-hand side of the space a staff-only common room and the right-hand side a common room available to both staff and readers.
Some work will need to take place in the shared area so it will be closed for 2-3 working days, dates to be advised. Details of when the staff and reader common area will be closed and when it will re-open will be relayed in a reader notice once this is known.
Please note, the Headley Tearoom will not be able to offer seating for those who bring in their own lunches or takeaway.
