Wedding ceremonies in the Divinity School
Wedding ceremonies, with up to 120 guests, can be held in the magnificent Divinity School during the evenings, Monday to Friday and Sundays. Your hire includes the use of Convocation House and Chancellor's Court too, based on a minimum of three hours. On Saturdays there is a minimum hire period of six hours, so you may consider having your reception at the Bodleian too.

Wedding ceremonies in Convocation House and Chancellor's Court
Weddings ceremonies can also take place in Convocation House, which accommodate up to 100 guests. You can hire these rooms on any day of the week between 9am and 3pm. Private entrance to Convocation House for your guests via Chancellors Court located in the Sheldonian quadrangle.

Combine your wedding ceremony with a reception
Wedding receptions in the Divinity School are a great option on Saturdays and Sundays, when the Library site is closed to readers and visitors, from 5pm onwards. This gives you exclusive use of the Old Schools Quadrangle and the Proscholium after 5pm.
