Renewal and replacement

To renew or replace your card, you should apply in person, bringing evidence of identity. You will need to confirm your details on Form A. If you are requesting access to Special Collections for the first time, you will also have to complete Form B.  

 If you are claiming admission free of charge, we shall need up to date evidence of your entitlement (see the Charges page)

We charge £5 to replace lost cards.
