The system for photocopying, printing, and scanning across the Bodleian Libraries is called PCAS . The system porvides readers with access to a range of services across all libraries, including printing from laptops, scanning, colour copies, self-service online accounts, discounted duplex and print jobs that can be collected from any photocopier in any Bodleian Library.

To use, readers need to set up an online account by visiting https://bodleian.pcounterwebpay.com. The account allows users to add credit with a debit/credit card and link their University card to the account so that they can simply swipe their card at any printer.
