It is unclear how to access resources from outside the University network.

We did

We have included information about how to remotely access electronic resources on websites, flyers, signs at service desks, and in Information Skills and Induction sessions.

We have produced a clear, easy to understand explanation of the licence conditions that limit off-site access to electronic resources for readers who are not current members of the University.

We did

We have improved the speed of deliveries, with items ordered before 10:30 delivered the same day to most reading rooms. We also now deliver on Saturdays during term-time to the Old Library, Radcliffe Camera, RSL and SSL.
