Current students will only be allowed to submit their research thesis to ORA if they have been given leave to supplicate. This will be checked by ORA staff.
Oxford alumni will only be allowed to submit their research thesis to ORA if a copy is already held in the Bodleian Library

- No part of your thesis should infringe the rights of a third party by being made freely available on the Internet

- Version of your thesis

- The deposited thesis should be the final approved version which was passed and includes all corrections

- Where and when to submit your thesis

- Where: anywhere with internet access. Click on 'Contribute' in the top right hand side of ORA
- When: anytime after being granted leave to supplicate
- Dispensation from consultation

- Must be approved: use form GSO3C (available from the Graduate Office)
- Indicate any dispensation and the period on the online deposit form

- What happens after you submit your thesis
- The deposit goes into a review zone to be checked by a member of ORA staff
- When they are satisfied all the details are correct the file is released into the archive (or embargoed if appropriate)
