Please note that admission and borrowing policies apply and may differ from library to library.

Linacre College Library

All members of Linacre College are entitled to 24-hour access to the library and computing facilities. A security sytem on the door prevents unauthorised access.
The library operates a self-issue system that allows readers to check out their own books. All Linacre College members have been registered on OLIS. If you have any problems please contact the Assitant Librarian.

The Taylor Institution is the University's centre for the study of Modern European languages and literatures (other than English). The Main Library is the largest specialist research collection in its field in Britain, with a bookstock of over 520k volumes covering the literary and philological aspects of the main European languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian) as well as less commonly-studied ones, (e.g. Portuguese, and the Celtic languages).
