It is ESSENTIAL that you make contact before visiting. The John Johnson Collection has moved off-site and this affects all our readers.

 ***Please contact the Librarian of the John Johnson Collection before you come***

• You will need a category A Bodleian reader's card from the Admissions Office. (NB you will need a referee to complete form B2)
• The Collection can be consulted by appointment only
• All orders for Johnson material are mediated by the Librarian of the John Johnson Collection and material must be requested well in advance
• The New Library is closed until 2015, when it will re-open as the Weston Library, dedicated to Special Collections. Until then, most John Johnson material will be read in the Special Collections Reading Room at the Radcliffe Science Library. A seat should be booked: scrr@bodleian.ox.ac.uk.
