It is essential that both Bodleian Admissions forms A and B are completed. Form B2 must be signed and filled out by a referee of verifiable status who should state specifically that the applicant wishes to use the John Johnson Collection. You should bring the forms in person to the Admissions Office, together with proof of identity and of academic status, where applicable. Holders of Bodleian ‘S’ tickets

It is likely that you will need a colleague or your supervisor to corroborate your requirements in order to upgrade your ticket. Please contact us for advice.
