Photocopies may be ordered via the Bodleian’s photocopying service, via PCAS, subject to condition and copyright status.
Digital photographs may be ordered through the Imaging Services studio.

Reproduction of images
If you have found an image or an item which you wish to reproduce, please contact the Librarian of the John Johnson Collection who will be able to check the shelfmark, give you the correct form of citation, supply the image file reference (where applicable) and check the copyright status of items not yet photographed.
When you have this information, you should complete the standard Imaging Services order form (PDF, 125kb). You must also complete an Application for Permission to Reproduce. There are separate forms for non-electronic reproduction (PDF, 79kb) and electronic reproduction (PDF, 45kb). Reproduction is free of charge for theses and articles in academic journals and is reduced for academic monographs. However, you must obtain permission prior to publication.
