An Introduction to Bookbinding

The Bodleian Library is offering a practical course in the craft of bookbinding.

 

The day long course will take place in the Library's own bindery and will offer an insight into the fundamental requirements and processes involved in producing a basic binding.  You will leave with a blank book bound by you, with all materials provided by the Library.

 

Tuesday July 12th 2011, 10.00 - 16.00 NOW FULLY BOOKED

General Bindery, Bodleian Libraries, Osney One, Osney Mead, Oxford, OX2 0EW.

Cost £150 per person.

Parking will be available for attendees.  Lunch will be proided.
