Communications

The Communications section of Bodleian Libraries manages internal and external communications across the Bodleian Libraries.  Working with the University’s Public Affairs Office, we promote the activities of the Libraries to our readers, the wider University and academic community, as well as to Oxford residents and to our donors and stakeholders.

The section manages internal and external communications, all media relations, marketing (including e-marketing) and social media. It is also responsible for managing the Bodleian Libraries website and the user experience, providing technical support, policy and guidance on the web.  With an in-house Design studio we also develop print and online materials to support communications activity, manage visual identity and are the keeper of the Bodleian brand.
